Join our 200-300 hour teacher training course in 5D Synergy Flow, where you will learn the elements of Five Dimensional Flow (the basis of all traditional and natural movement) and how it relates to the Yoga Synergy System (develeped over a 40-year period by movement-based physiotherapists Simon Borg-Olivier and Bianca Machliss).

You'll be learning safe, effective posture, movement, breathing, and mental control techniques for health, happiness, and longevity.

The main teacher in this course, Simon Borg-Olivier, has over 50 years of experience as a yoga teacher, qigong teacher, and registered physiotherapist, and he can provide you with not just flexibility and strength but also internal health benefits. The training will allow you to achieve flexibility without strong stretching, strength without feeling tense, blood flow without the heart racing, and internal health benefits without overburdening the mind.

As part of the full programme, you'll get full access to the Health, Happiness, and Longevity Membership site, which includes courses on yoga fundamentals, Ashtanga, yoga therapy, five-dimensional flow, and breathing.
