So, what's included in the challenge?

Each day, you'll receive a 15-30 minute five-dimensional movement practice, along with guidance on how to perform each movement correctly.

Each movement will be presented with a split-screen, showing you an accessible or easy version and a complex or difficult version.

I recommend that most people practice the accessible version or only practice the complex version between one to 10% of the practice time to get the maximum benefits for a pain-free, functional, energized, but calm body, mind, and life.
