Teaching Philosophy

Simon's teaching combines the best of East and West, blending the wisdom of traditional practices like yoga, Qigong, and martial arts with evidence-based modern science. His system of gentle movements focuses on creating flow—a dynamic meditative state that fosters energy, calm, and healing.
