(1) LIVE TRAINING:
Up until recently I have been teaching workshops and intensive Retreats all over the world. I hope to resume these soon in the meantime I’m only teaching ‘Live in Person classes’ in Australia. I also regularly teach classes in ‘BodyHealz’ in the Byron Bay Industrial Estate (Australia) on a Tuesday and Thursday night at 5:15 pm for 90 minutes each class.

The Tuesday class is similar like to the class that I taught at the festival on ‘five-dimensional flow’, which I see as the basis to all movement forms. The Thursday class uses these fluid movements to enter the traditional yoga postures of the Yoga Synergy System.

In each class I usually have the first part of the class what I instruct and demonstrate sequence and the second part of the class are usually turn on some music and we have officially instructed meditative practice.

This is a beautiful new studio that I’m honoured to teaching again. I have not taught casual classes for about 10 years and it was only a few months ago that I decided that after sitting at my desk for over a year after coming back from international travelling and teaching Beijing over the last 10 years that I would take up casual teaching again. And I’m really enjoying it.

(2) PRIVATE TRAINING:
I do private consultation either live or online and I am happy to treat people with muscular skeletal problems, medical conditions, and disorders of the mind such as depression and stress. I also work with diet and lifestyle. My rates are $200 per hour, which is negotiable depending on training frequency and needs.

(3) ONLINE TRAINING:
