Welcome to my Joint Synergy Program!
You can find links to pages with the course videos below. I recommend that you watch the videos in this series at least once in the numbered given order to understand how you can build up to each stage, and how you can combine the individual joint movements into a coherent practice. It is a good idea to watch the the more lecture-based videos at least a few times.
Once you understand the main concepts in this practice then you can play the practice-based videos as often as you like and use them as something to follow for a daily practice until mastered. After decades of practice, I still do these exercises every day and I find they really give me great benefits:
* on a physical level to strengthen and mobilise my muscles and joints and relieve joint pain,
* on a physiological level to improve my energy levels and balance mynervous system, and
* to calm and clear my mind because it is a great dynamic meditative practice
